We have also recently included Paypal express as an extra payment option.       FREE P&P We deliver FREE to all UK based customers but do not currently accept orders from outside of the U.K.   Delivery Schedule Usually dispatched on the same day, providing the order is received before 4 p.m. Orders up to 1.25 kg in weight are sent by 1st Class Post and take about 1-2 working days. Larger orders over 1.25KG are usually sent by courier service, but please allow 3- 5 working days for delivery. If any items are on backorder, you will be e-mailed with the details and the expected delivery date. To reduce packaging, some versions of compatible ink cartridges now come unboxed.  Quality Assurance No Quibble Guarantee The products we supply are of a very high standard . If, however , any of the products become defective through normal use or simply do not work when they arrive, then we will supply a replacement free of charge and repay the costs incurred for returning the faulty item.This guarantee is for the life of the product and does not affect your statutory rights.  Back Orders If your ink cartridge product type etc is low on stock, we will back order for you.
